Why I created “Mourning Meditations”

Dear One,

I extend my deepest sympathy to you. Mourning a loved one is life-altering, and amidst the chaos, finding support is paramount. I've traversed this path, grappling with loss and loneliness. But through community and resources, I found solace.

Our grief journey transforms us, but it does become more bearable over time.

Just a few years ago, my world was rocked by a friend who died by suicide, the death of my dad during the time of Covid, and the loss of my beloved animal companion; all within 2 years.  

It truly was heartbreaking and soul-crushing.  

I felt so alone. 

But once I started to find a supportive community and meaningful resources, I felt like I could breathe again.

Our grief will never leave us. We just learn how to navigate the world with it.  

But I promise...it does get a little easier over time.  

This is why I wrote "Mourning Meditations: A 30-day Healing Journey"—a comprehensive and compassionate program designed to guide you through the healing process and help you find peace amidst the pain.

  • A: Participation in the group support sessions is entirely voluntary. While sharing can be incredibly healing, we understand that everyone's comfort level varies. You are welcome to participate at whatever level feels right for you.

  • A: Life happens, and we understand that some days may be more challenging than others. If you miss a day, simply pick up where you left off when you're able. There's no falling behind in your healing journey—every step forward counts.

  • A Grief Coach will reach out to you directly to schedule your 30-minute 1:1 Coaching Session to fit your schedule.

  • A: Yes, once you've completed the 30-day program, you'll continue to have access to all program materials, including journal prompts, meditations, and any additional resources provided. You can revisit and reuse these tools as needed on your ongoing healing journey.
